Magnificent house located 10 minutes walk from the Port of Estepona, with beautiful panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar and the African coast. Two large terraces allow you to admire the sunrises and sunsets. Restaurants, bars, beaches, swimming pool, tennis, sailboat, shops and boutiques are within walking distance. The famous Puerto Banús marina is 15 minutes away by car and Gibraltar 30 minutes away. The house is located in an exceptionally quiet area.
The house has 4 floors. The entrance to the property is on the third floor, where we find a spacious living-dining room with open plan kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and access to the outside terraces. Going up the stairs we will be on the fourth floor, which consists of a bedroom with ample storage space (please note that there is no bathroom on this floor). Then, going down the stairs from the third floor, we will find the second floor, which has 3 bedrooms (one of them with access to the outside terrace) and 2 bathrooms (one of them en-suite). Finally, on the first floor, which is accessed from the outside, we will find a large room, with bathroom included, which is currently used as a laundry room.
