It is just a 5-minute drive by car to the picturesque White Mountain village of Mijas Pueblo and about 15 minutes to the beaches of Fuengirola and Mijas Costa. A tennis / paddle and fitness club is a 10-minute drive away.
The villa is surrounded with beautifully landscaped gardens with lots of privacy and various terraces with panoramic views. Here you can stroll along the 8 km long promenade with plenty of restaurants, terraces and shops. Also worth a visit are the Castillo Sohail and the beautiful zoo. In addition, there is an indoor shopping mall El Miramar with a rooftop karting track, the El Corte Ingles shopping center and a Parque Acuático water park in Mijas Costa. The city of Malaga with a beautiful city centre and lively Marina harbour is just half an hour driving away. Just like the well known beach resort of Marbella with its luxury shops, clubs and restaurants.

From the hall you have access to the bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room with adjacent TV room. From the living room you enter the dining room with doors to the south facing terrace. The dining room has a door to the spacious kitchen with additional dining area. IN PRESENT: Air conditioning cold / warm in all bedrooms. The living room has a fireplace and two comfortable sofas with two recliners. In the adjacent dining room is a dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs in the kitchen.

The spacious kitchen was completely renovated in 2019 in a luxurious country style. The stylish kitchen has a cooking island with a breakfast bar and an induction hob with built-in steam extraction. Around the house are several partly covered terraces orientated on the east, south and west so there is always a place in the sun or in the shade.
